Final screening feedback

In the feedback we were given feedback for our final completed video. Many people liked our video complementing the editing as well as the locations. One of the main problems with our video that has remained consistent is the grain that has remained on some dark scenes, this was one of the main comments from this screening.

Work in Progress CD Design

In today's lesson I finished the poster and spine as well as finishing the photobook,. I will have everything done for the deadline. 

Work in Progress CD Package

In today's lesson I began work on the poster for the music video. There is some tweaking required on the poster in terms of placement of text as I copied the contents from the front cover, apart from that the poster is almost done, I had initially started on a horizontal poster but then decided to also do the portrait one. I plan to work on the photobook in the next few lessons.

In today's lesson I worked on the CD which has been completed along with the back and front covered. I added a digital disc logo as well as copyright information along the edge of the CD. 

I intend to begin work on advert over the week, and if I have time I will work on the photo book.

In today's lesson I worked on finishing the back cover of the CD. As a group we decided on what text should go on the back. I intend to have the back done, and begin making a start on the spine and the inside of the CD cover in order to meet my deadlines.

Pitch for CD and feedback

Feedback we received was that our research was very good, and the idea of using the blurred lights which links to our video. The imagery that we use must be the same as the video so that it is consistent. We had not looked much at the advert yet and this was addressed in the video which is something we planned out later on.

Team Meeting for print products

In today's lesson we talking about designs that we could use for our CD design pack as well as looking at existing designs that other artists have used, each of us created an idea for a design that we could use for our CD.
